  • Everything is also bespoke – no client is the same. Our approach is to agree an approach. So, any solution fits into the time and budget you have.
What does your typical engagement process look like?
  • We typically either one or both of these options:
    • Retained HR Services & Leadership Support
    • Projects on fixed price / SOWs or Training Sessions
What is your fee structure (hourly, retainer, project-based)?
  • Our monthly retainer for HR Services is from as little as only £35pm per employee. We then charge either £per hour for additional services or on fixed price / SOW for training or projects. Training & fixed price / SOWs can be offered without a retainer.

 

What specifically is included in your retainer pricing?
  • Our retainer covers an initial health check of your business HR practices, legislation notifications & preparation, and ongoing email support for an 1st line HR quires 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Are there additional costs we should anticipate in HR retainers?
  • In the event of needed additional support to partake in meetings or manage employment cases; we charge for a consultant by the hour. This is planned out in advance, to avoid surprises.

 

Can you provide a detailed proposal with deliverables and costs?
  • Yes. We can propose a bespoke plan for you.
What makes your consultancy different from competitors?
  • There are no other HR Consultancies specialising in the Recruitment Industry. Meaning they do not understand the culture, challenges, nor demands people and their businesses face in this industry.

  • Yes. We can do market research exercises on your behalf also.

These are customised based on the group ability and bespoke to learning styles. Our training is based on what outcomes you want to achieve and budgets set – so everything is bespoke. We do have frameworks we work to, but we value the uniqueness of our clients and audiences.

What does your industry / sales training look like?
  • The industry is rife with teams without industry insights of business vertical knowledge. The industry built on selling CVs and services but little genuine expertise. Our industry training hones in on what the situation really is on the ‘inside’ of client, which they are often struggling to change. It then looks at the whole industry, the typical pitches companies sell, we then look at insights into genuine viewpoints you could support. Our aim is to give our clients the tools to ‘offer solutions to problems’ and not to sell the ‘same old’ your competitors do.
What does your management training or coaching look like?

Upskilling leaders is a combination of training and coaching – if it’s to be successful. We don’t only train theory and we also support managers in applying skills learnt into their day-to-day with HR support.

  • Our theory training is around processes, so they understand ‘what’ they need to do.
